Workshop working with IoPT
Setting up an Intention
Workshop Working with IoPT Saturday 27 November 2021
Location: The workshop working with IoPT takes place in the Practice for Psychosynthesis Amsterdam at Lijnbaansgracht 67-0, 1015 GV, Amsterdam
Duration: The afternoon starts at 1:00 PM and lasts until 5:00 PM. Entry from 12.30 pm.
Dates: Saturday, November 27, 2021
Questioner or Resonant: Every participant, regardless of the role, pays € 50.00 for the afternoon. At the beginning of the afternoon everyone can indicate whether he or she wants to setuo an intention. Lottery tickets are used to determine which intention is actually set up. This keeps it accessible and we also emphasize the joint responsibility that we take as a group for the ‘energetic field’ that we create and work with together. Each participant has his or her unique and valuable contribution.
You can register via the button below. You will receive a confirmation of your registration and also an invoice to pay the costs, after which your registration is confirmed.

Working with IoPT
IoPT is about trauma, trauma survival and identity, developed by Professor Dr Franz Ruppert over the past 30 years, known as Identity Oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IOPT) It is also referred to as the “The intention method” or a method of “self-encounter.” The methodology originated from the traditional Family Constellations work of Bert Hellinger and differs from the traditional constellation, by not emphasizing the family system but on the development of identity. And on the inner split or fragmentation caused by early childhood trauma.
In my practice for Psychosynthesis Amsterdam I often worj with IoPT. I do not work in groups and only use the method individual. Working in a group requires its own expertise. An expertise that Inez has acquired in working with Family and Trauma constellations.
With an arrangement, a three-dimensional image is placed in the space, as it were, where every word and every sign that is set up is ‘mirrored’. When we write the individual words of the intention as you have formulated it on a piece of paper and place it in space, we can perceive something in ourselves or mirrored in the other by means of the so-called ‘resonance’.
Where we cannot use ‘resonants’ in individual counseling or therapy, we can in a group. With family constellations we talk about representatives and with working with IoPT we talk about resonances.
That is why I am pleased to be able to offer this possibility and special way of working in practice together with my colleague.
“It’s a profound form of therapy that brings about lasting change. I call it ‘soul support’, support for the soul.”

Passion for Psychosynthesis
In January 2016 I started the Psychosynthesis training at the Psychosynthesis Academy in Amersfoort together with Inez. In 2019 we completed the training as a Psychosynthesis Therapist together.
Inez then attended the annual Family Constellations training with Hylke Bonnema and then specialized in the work of Franz Ruppert with Vivian Brougthon in London.
We share our passion for Psychosynthesis and are currently following a training program in Psychosynthesis together at the Synthesis Center San Francisco
As a therapist, Inez mainly focuses on early childhood trauma processing in adults. A form of trauma that often manifests itself later in adult life as a result of certain triggers. For example, Corona can be such a trigger. Her working method includes Psychosynthesis and systemic/constellation work.
We are both registered members of the VPMW (Psychosocial and Social Services) department of the professional association NFG. This makes the offer of the practice eligible for reimbursement from the supplementary insurance.
