You have a complaint. What to do now?
I do everything I can to help you in a good and respectful way. Yet it may be that you are not satisfied with something. It is important to discuss this dissatisfaction with me first.
Perhaps there is a misunderstanding and we will come to an agreement together if you state what you are dissatisfied about or what you want differently. Are you unable or unwilling to discuss the complaint with me personally or are we unable to resolve it together? Then you can use a free complaints officer through my professional association: NFG.
They support you in formulating your complaint or dissatisfaction and in investigating solutions. We will look together with you to take your complaint seriously. Your complaint will be handled within 6 weeks
